Tariffs and Conditions
Summer Breeze sleeps up to four people, let strictly, on a no smoking basis. Pets are not allowed, sorry. Children over five are welcome although parents should be aware that the cottage has a very steep staircase.
Bookings are taken with arrival after 3pm and departure by 10am. All bills are included in the rental as is bed linen but please bring your own towels.

Cley next the Sea is a picturesque village with an award winning delicatessen and famous smokehouse. There are a number of galleries in the village and cafes and pubs on your doorstep.
The shingle beach is a short walk away and the new Norfolk Wildlife Trust visitor centre can be found just along the coast road. Further inland, Holt is an interesting town with a full range of shops, eateries and services.
